At Edumize Consultancy LLP, we strive to provide the highest quality of career counselling services. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may not be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with our counselling services, you may request a refund of your counselling fees. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your dissatisfaction within 08 days of your counselling session. Please note that the fees for Aptitude Tests are non-refundable. At no point will we provide a refund for the Aptitude Test fees, regardless of the outcome or your level of satisfaction with the test results.
